The rubber duckbill valve is made by special processing of elastic rubber and artificial fibers, with a shape similar to a duckbill, hence its name. Its structural features include an all rubber structure, built-in reinforced fibers, and design based on stress analysis and calculations. This type of valve has no moving parts or mechanical components, so it does not require electrical signals or manual operation, and has the characteristic of being maintenance free.
Good check performance: In the absence of internal pressure, the duckbill outlet closes under its own elastic action; When water flows through and the pressure gradually increases, the duckbill outlet gradually increases to maintain the ability of the liquid to be discharged at high flow rates; When the water flow stops, the valve automatically closes to prevent liquid or gas from flowing back.
Low opening pressure: Generally, it can be opened with a water head greater than 0.01 meters (equivalent to 0.001MPa) and can be opened statically.
Small head loss: Under normal working conditions, head loss can be reduced to a very small extent, but the built-in rubber duckbill valve may experience an increase in head loss due to a smaller inner diameter than the original pipeline.
